Alex has been employed by Russell Simpson Construction since 2005 and has the organizational and communication skills, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the construction industry, to efficiently manage and oversee her excellent team in the day to day running of Head Office.

David joined the Company in February 2004 and has been managing commercial, retail and industrial developments. David is very well respected and appreciated for the professional way that he carries out his duties and is frequently thanked for all his help in Clientele dispatches.

Brian McCombe Head of Department Quantity Surveying & Procurement
Brian’s experience includes the provision of post-contract quantity surveying services in the housing, industrial, health and leisure and retail fields. He has been greatly involved in Design and Build projects, particularly in the retail and commercial sectors and is responsible for the procurement and pre-construction aspects of all projects.

Kevin Mallon Head of Department Contracts Management & Planning
Kevin has worked for Russell Simpson Construction since 2007 and oversees the planning function for all Russell Simpson construction projects, thus achieving a wide range of experience in all types of contracts and construction techniques. He has been involved in major commercial and industrial projects including the recent provision of a new six storey office accommodation for Northern Ireland Courts Service.

Jonathan Dougherty Head of Department Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality
Jonathan’s primary function is Manager of the Health and Safety Department looking after all Health and Safety requirements and auditing of all projects and Departments. He is also responsible for input to and auditing of Quality and Environmental management systems for all current projects and is in the process of setting up an integrated system consisting of ISO 9001:9002, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
